Day three of our Walt Disney World extravaganza and I find myself in a little piece of heaven….who ever knew there was an amazing Disney spa at the Victorian themed Grand Floridian Hotel called Senses with very talented masseurs and other specialists there to give you a bespoke treatment suited to your needs. I had a Renew Custom Firm Massage conducted by Rob who identified all sorts of knots and creaks within my muscles and I spent 50 minutes slowly unwinding.

Each of us had chosen different treatments such as different massage options or facials, pedicure, manicures, reflexology and if you had a little more time, you could go for things like the “Grand Getaway” a four hour option including a massage, facial and pedicure. There are various other packages – one for a couple – and they also have a steam room and hydrotherapy pool and lounge area so you can indeed find you’ve wiled away most of the day.

There are even treatments for children – a kids menu for those aged between 4 and 12 who want to join in. Children have to be accompanied by adults and at that age consist of either manicures or “Princess Pedicures”.

Lucy, this sounds amazing and I love the fact that kids are catered for too.
