I have just found out that thanks to changes in pension legislation, from April 2009, divorcees will be able to draw benefits from the age of 50 instead of 60 from their former partners occupational or personal pension scheme, even if they are not members themselves. We can also take a payout of 25% of the total amount of their ex-partners pension as a tax-free lump sum.

    I talked to my X brother in law who informed me that the X is pissed that he has to pay child support…

    Lovely he’s complaining about giving money to his child…
