HAPPY NEW YEAR!! WOOHOO another year to enjoy…..please don’t go any faster than the one we’ve just had, I don’t like time moving so fast. Need to slow down for a minute maybe so that life doesn’t feel as if it’s been speeded up (sped?).
I haven’t even had time to think about any New Year’s Resolutions yet – maybe just a bit more of “Live Love Laugh” and a sprinkling of this message, pointed out by my lovely friend in Australia who sent me a Christmas card saying that we all need to take note of the following message:-
and in case you can’t clearly read it, it says:_
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocoate in one hand, wine in the other, totally worn out and screaming “WOOHOO What a ride!! I wanna go round again!”

So perhaps that’s what I’ll do more of this year, drink wine and eat chocolate and run at a pace – it’s just that when you’re having too much fun it all gets a bit blurry!

Terrible thing to have happened. There has been publicity about the film and story on the media here.
There is, unfortunately, the same kind of thing going on in secret in many of our cities today. Occasionally this comes to light when people are rescued.
