London surely deserves better than Boris Johnson or Ken Livingstone in the mayoral election to be held on 3 May? I see even Alan Sugar tweeted his 1.8m followers a message telling everyone not to vote for Ken…

It’s turned spectacularly messy, unpleasant and personal of late and I personally don’t think either of them are behaving in a manner fitting of an Olympic mayor.

My view, although I don’t as yet know much about her yet, is that we should consider voting for the far more impressive independent candidate Siobhan Benita, step away from the playground politics and go for a fresh new start. At least she has made some serious proposals to improve London, unlike the two of them.

I live outside the M25. Yes there is a whole world out there!! It’s just the media and Londoners that think it all falls into a black hole if you cross that line 🙂 is Dick Whittington still around?

But not Siobhan Benita! She endorses a third runway at Heathrow and I so do not want that! It’s noisy and polluted enough over our heads in SW London already!!

They are all endorsing that these days – it is clearly going to happen after all….Lx
