PARTY GAMES

Generally speaking I prefer to stick pins in my eyes than play party games.

One of my friend’s played a game on New Year’s Eve that I actually quite like (because I can do it) – it is called the “Cereal Box” game.   It’s very simple.  All you need is a large cereal box on the floor and lots of people prepared to have a go at picking it up with their teeth.   You can bend your knees, but you’re not allowed to put your hands on the floor or support yourself in any other way.  After each person has had a go (and to start with everybody can do it), the box gets cut down about 5cm each time and then you have another round, until the last person is out.   You have to be a bit careful though because people can get very competitive and last time I played I was showing off and managed to pull my hamstring and it hurt for about 6 weeks.

Another game that we played over the Christmas period which is meant to be fun for all the family is making balloon animals all at the same time……however, every time we made an animal, it looked increasingly more obscene:-
