Honestly, you could not have more fun with your teenagers in Walt Disney World. There is a wealth of things to do and then some surprising other options I wasn’t aware of so I thought it would be useful to put my Top Ten list of things to do with teenager in Walt Disney World down in case it is useful:-
THE RIDES
They of course go without saying – The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (too scary for me), Rock n Roller (very scary but loved it), Expedition Everest, Test Track and loved Mission SPACE. Her where you can see how keen I am to get on:-
ANIMAL KINGDOM SAFARI
My favourite bit (see other posts):-
BE OUR GUEST
Something new – you get to meet Belle and then eat at the amazing “Be Our Guest” restaurant:-
SHOPPING
There are a few malls nearby – my favourite is Millennia – stuffed full of all the shops your teenagers like best:-
BOWLING
I didn’t know about this – it’s new in Downtown Disney – a fun night out:-
THE ELECTRICAL PARADE
Always uplifting even for grown women:-
Again, another heartwarming and exciting light show at The Epcot Centre:-
CINDERELLA’S CASTLE
CHARACTER BREAKFASTS
SEA RACERS:-
Really fun little speedboats you can drive yourself if you’re over 12:-
FOOD
The food in general is exceptionally good. The themed breakfasts on offer at Animal Kingdom Lodge were fantastic as was Jiko, one of their restaurants. The California Grill was exceptional for a real treat and the Hollywood Brown Derby got teenage food just right. We also loved Kouzzina by Cat Cora at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort Area and Yak & Yeti at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
CIRQUE DE SOLEIL
I’ve run out of time, but just in case you didn’t know? There’s also a permanent and very brilliant Cirque De Soleil to go and see.
