So. After a spectacularly difficult week, for lots of reasons I won’t go into on the blog, I now find myself at the other end of the spectrum having a ridiculously fun time in Walt Disney World, Florida.
How quickly things can change and suddenly you can be staring into a maple syrupy Mickey Mouse and feeling ridiculously happy about life:-
I am here as a guest of Disney on a press trip with quite a few other journalists and my remit is to look at what facilities there are for teenagers mostly. That’s not difficult – I’ve got three of those now – all of which would have liked to have joined me but are sadly at school or university, so whilst I’m very, very, very sorry they’re not here, I thought I’d accept the invite to do a recce on their behalf – it would have been rude not to……
So here I am, day one and quite frankly you just can’t help getting right into the swing of things by attending one of the character breakfast’s at The Grand Floridian hotel which I have written about before. It is an absolutely stunning New England style hotel and you can see more about it here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/grand-floridian-resort-and-spa/
Anyway, I have a few days to write updates, so in the meantime, here is Winnie The Pooh, one of my favourite characters ever:-
