A few glorious days in Seville …

So I’ve acquired this new toy for my studio. A Reformer, described aptly by @jeremyclarkson1 as “a sort of sex orgy dungeon table, with handcuffs and a top that slides backwards and forwards” and he’s not “unenjoying it” - which is a positive endorsement coming from him! Anyway, it’s now up and running, as am I post back op - so please dm me if you’d like to give it a try!

40 years of celebrating our birthday’s together at Daphne’s - with @mmjbailey - made all the more special because she’s out the other side of her gruelling treatment and cancer free. Whoop! ❤️❤️❤️ Coincidentally Daphne’s are also celebrating their 60th this year. Xx

Rutting season in full swing. Thankfully we were behind a fence and he was exhausted after all that effort. 🦌🦌🦌

Happy to share that I’m now (probably) the oldest living qualified Reformer Pilates teacher and once I get over my back op (😬) I’m looking forward to teaching again on this brilliant machine. Genuinely think it’s a wonderful piece of kit and extremely beneficial to all. Really good for rehab, back strengthening as well as a great overall body workout 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️ #reformerpilates
