If you’re looking for a challenge this April that’s not only going to get you “burst-out-the-front-door-body-ready” in time for the reopening of the pubs, but more importantly help support The Sick Children’s Trust in raising vital funds for their charity then THIS IS FOR YOU!  It’s been an incredibly tough year for every charity, but so it’s vital to press on with fundraising in creative ways. The Sick Children’s Trust provides free ‘Home from Home’ accommodation, as well as emotional and practical support, to those with sick children in major paediatric hospitals around the UK including Great Ormond Street, The Royal London Children’s Hospital, Addenbrooke’s, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Freeman Hospital and Sheffield and Leeds Children’s Hospitals. It supports around 4,000 families with critically ill children in hospital every year and gives families a place to stay just minutes from their child’s bedside, giving them one less thing to worry about.

I’m getting everyone I know to join in. It’s suitable for all fitness levels as you can choose your team level and set your own pace. The team that you choose determines the total number of sit ups you will do throughout the month, either 10, 30 or 100 a day for 30 days. All you need to do is raise or sponsor yourself £30 to join in.

You will need to sign up in the next couple of days to be registered in time for April 1st (and this is not an April Fool’s joke btw).

All the details are below, let me know if you join in and we can all do it together!
