Anybody out there got 80 days free from May 9th to 27th July next year? If I can find a way to arrange for my children to fend for themselves then I’d join in – the kids could just fly out and join us for the last month….
OR more likely if any of you out there know any lovely young gap year things who have done LOADS of bar work and saved up their pennies who might be interested? There are only 13 spaces available in total. It will cost 6K for the trip, which isn’t cheap I have to say and they need to get out to Miami to start, but that does include 79 nights’ accommodation and all the food and transport. I’d love to do that – OR love to send one of my children, if I had the money – what an experience. Imagine saying you’ve done that in your life. IMAGINE if you’re a writer – you could do the new generation story of “On The Road”. How COOOOL. I want to go.
So here are the details should you be interested:-

Just remind your gap year kids that they won’t be able to drink while they’re here – the legal age in all states is 21, and they ask for ID everywhere.
Hmmmnm. Guess that does make a difference re the age – perhaps better for an over 21 year old – gap year after uni adventure. Lx
