I LOVE this photo taken of Ben Fogle at the Matang Wildlife Sanctuary in Sarawak where he was learning how they repatriate orang-utans back into the wild. Did you know there is only a 3% difference between our DNA and theirs?:-

Below is the first of the videos done by the Sarawak Tourism Board about the destination and his trip. From visiting Orangutans at Matang Wildlife Sanctuary, to trekking in the rainforest, swimming in waterfalls (yes he gets his kit off nearly) and seeing the world’s biggest flower – the Rafflesia – Ben saw all of Sarawak’s nature, wildlife, cuisine and nightlife.

I am very excited to report that there is a blogger meet up happening in London in March that he will be attending and so I am hoping to see many of you there and to listen to his experiences….and look out for details soon about the Sarawak Blogger Ambassador club! We might all get to go out there on a press trip. Woohoo!

Fabulous photo, it looks as though they are deep in conversation…
I would have loved to make it to that blogger meet up in March but sadly it will not be possible. 🙁
Looking forward to finding out about other Sarawak adventures though, as I love travelling and discovering the world.

Oh that’s a shame….but you can still be involved and be an ambassador – not essential if you can’t make the event (although you’ll miss out on meeting Ben….) x
