I know none of you have missed me – but just in case – SORRY FOR THE LACK OF NEWS….I’ve been busy ALL week celebrating my BIG birthday week (in between working of course). What fun I’ve had. Lots of different little events and a slightly bigger one too – all just one big reminder about how important friends and family are to me and how lucky I am.

I can’t really take you through it all because I’m off again to play for a few days and won’t be back to normal until next week when it will all be over and I will have to start taking stock of how old I am and start working out how I can pretend that I am not the age I am, so that I can do it all again next year.

In the meantime a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make my birthday week so special.

I will try and upload a better diary of events when I have some time, but in the meantime, these ones sum up how lucky I am.

Honestly, when I grow up and become Prime Minister, or mayor of London I am going to make it statutory that you simply have to choose a celebration that involves friends and family every year on your birthday. It’s essential.

      Thanks hun and I KNOW!!! He has shot up and is now bigger than all of us – amazing – at 14 he is nearly six foot with size 12 feet! Lx
