We really need your help in spreading the word about a new global charity called The Children United Foundation whose sole purpose is to give children a voice. Children United is launching a safe, free, online platform in April where young people across the globe will be able to communicate with each other about issues that matter to them.
It will provide the opportunity for education and engagement around global issues of importance to them and a place where they can connect with others from different countries and cultures, enabling them to express their views both individually and as a collective. This will raise their collective voices to world leaders as they blog, talk and vote and ultimately make a difference.
To mark the launch, a charity single featuring Alesha Dixon and thousands of children around the world is being released called “We Are The Children United”. The opening solo is sung by 12 year old Patience, who lives in Kampala Children’s Centre in Uganda after most of her family died from aids.
10,000 pre-orders are needed in the next two weeks to help the song hit the charts and the proceeds are going to the Children United Foundation. Please spend 99p to pre-order the track so we can get the song in the charts and played on the radio.
Please help Patience’s voice and many millions like it to be heard.
