This is most troubling. IS IT THE YEAR OF THE GOAT< SHEEP OR RAM?? Apparently because there is no differentiation in Mandarin between a sheep and a goat they have gone this time round for a sheep. REALLY?? Don't you understand how different these two characters are? That practically ruins the notes I've written.... It's Chinese New Year in a few days, wish I was back in Hong Kong to celebrate. I can hear the firecrackers popping all around the island - see the red Lai chi (sp) envelopes with crisp new notes in them. Once I was even part of a dragon dance - under the big head, dancing and winding around the streets. Those were the days. It's the Year of The Goat. A few notes on the Goat:- Main qualities:- Peaceful and adaptable and has a gentle, easy character.
Main defects:- irresponsible, irrational, inconsistent, unsatisfied, undisciplined.
Work:- Not something Goat’s like to do – they prefer art.
Best role:- As a guest at a party.

Money:– Not of that much interest.
