So what do you think of the newspaper launched today by the Independent?
They claim that it’s the first “quality daily paper to be launched in Britain for almost 25 years”. I can’t quite believe that.
I quite like it. Accessible quick chunks of headline news designed for the busy punter….and only 20p. A whole article about how Bert from Sesame Street might be gay!
Not sure I still wouldn’t choose the Evening Standard over it – it’s very Metro-esque which I’m sure they won’t like me saying. They are covering key tweeters which is interesting, but I think they need a (family) blogger too. Also, I really didn’t need to see a picture of a young dead boy in an open coffin and I HATE having to deal with so many adverts, but I guess that is the modern world.
Apart from that. Not bad.
