April 5, 2012OMG I want a Gap Yaaaar. My biggest regret, even though I very sensibly knew at the time that if I ever went traveling I probably wouldn’t come back till I was 35, too old to “establish” a career (family never entered into my thoughts). I tried and tried to get the Queenager to take a year off but hardly anyone does it over here so it was a bit of a non-starter!
Not sure if I’ll be quite so vocal with the Man-Child. Gawd knows what he’ll end up doing! It’ll be a gap decade!
