I’ve just got back from seeing Seal at the Apollo theatre in Hammersmith. What a joy to behold that man is. He is absolutely gorgeous with a body that left me speechless – my one complaint was that he was wearing far too many clothes – he appeared at the beginning wearing a three piece suit and by the end of an unbelievably hot and sweaty set (or was that just me) all he had peeled off was his jacket. He kept his waistcoat and shirt on all night. How rubbish is that?

I took my friend for an early birthday present because she has a penchant for, well a penchant for men that look exactly like Seal.

“He is sex on a stick” she said quite early on “and frankly you just wouldn’t give a f*ck about those scars would you”.

She asked me how he’d got them and I very confidently and knowledgably reported that they were tribal scars. However, I have just “wikipedia’d” him and in fact it was nothing so glamorous. He has a condition whereby his immune cells attack various body tissues- a form of lupus, that doesn’t sound nearly so sexy frankly. Although, I wonder if he’d notice if I disguised myself as an immune cell and joined in the attack on various parts of his body.

Lucky old Heidi Klum – it’s hardly surprising she is pregnant with their 4th child.

    I once stood behind him in the Malaysian takeaway at the top of the Portobello Road. He is staggeringly gorgeous. Couldn't concentrate on my green beans and peanuts at all.
