It’s official – London is hotter than Athens!
I know this because I was in Athens earlier this week and it was decidedly cooler….and they are also far more set up for the heat than we are. We stayed in a gorgeous hotel called the Electra Palace:-

Maybe this is what London needs – a truck load of watermelons to eat in the heat:-
