My friend Sally Phillips is unbelievably talented.  She has actually written a Hollywood film that I have previously written about called “Decoy Bride” that was recently out in the ACTUAL cinema.  It is out soon on DVD and she did offer some time ago to give me some signed copies.  But she’s very busy promoting the film and I haven’t seen her. She usually comes to my classes, but she’s gone awol. I know she’s fine because I’ve seen her in loads of different publications. It’s just that she’s very busy.  So instead of trying to find her I thought I’d just see who wants one and then get them from her afterwards (she says confidently….I hope that will work).

Let me know.   I’ll try my best.

Yes please! I’m a big fan of her work since Smack the Pony days! And David Tennant’s great too.

That would be amazing – I think Sally Phillips is brilliant. She has always made me laugh. If I have a bad day, I can guarantee Smack the Pony will always make me smile again. The only other things that make me equally happy are Morecambe and Wise or a Laurel and Hardy film. I’ve been lucky enough to be in the audience for recordings of Clare in the Community!
