April 3, 2010Well why not! I don’t think the seagulls( the only things silly enough to be in the water in Melbourne) are going to need rescuing.
On a more serious note- when are you going home? The weather where I live, in a different part of Australia, has taken a serious turn for the worse. Not that I’m saying it’s your fault or anything but it does mysteriously coincide with your arrival. We were getting constant temperatures of 30C until this week!

April 3, 2010Define “lovely in Melbourne” – I have never been there and seen the sun shine so I am a bit sceptical ! I spent a week there in January one year and I nearly froze and ended up leaving and going to Adelaide, where I nearly boiled. I don’t think timing is my strong point.

April 3, 2010It must be in the mid 20’s and almost cloudless blue sky. Bit colder in evenings with quite a cool breeze, but just a gorgeous temperature. Not too hot. Certainly not too cold and loads of that sun we have all forgotten about in the UK. Lx
