So. As election fever grips the nation, we as a family managed to have a particularly intelligent and well-thought out discussion about who we should vote for last night. The best (in fact only) quote of the evening from my 9 year old son was about Gordon Brown getting caught on record talking about a “bigoted woman”. He kept repeating the quote and falling about laughing.

“What do you think ‘bigoted’ means then?” I asked him, becoming slightly suspicious about his unusual level of interest in something really not very interesting….

“Bigger-Tit-Woman” is what he said. You can’t go round calling people that when you run the country”.

Yes. Just as I thought. Slightly got the wrong end of the stick.

  • Hee hee, he’s right though. If you run the country you can’t comment on the size of peoples boobs.

Now, if he had come out with a ‘bigger tit’ comment that would really have set the campaign alight!

surprised Brown’s spin doctor didn’t tell the press that was what he meant – at least he would have got the Sun back on his side!! :0)
