This next photo is for my brother – who is also in Portugal on holiday at the moment a little too far down the coast for us to meet up.
He’s a Haematologist – which I barely know how to spell and the children said he wanted a photo of one of my children spelling blood out with their fingers:-
Quite cool don’t you think? I’d never seen it before and had a go myself, but after a few drinks it’s not as easy as it looks and I have made quite a large hash of it:-

August 4, 2012Yay thanks. Will use that in my next lecture when I am trying to convince people that haematology is a cool choice. If any of my patients turn up doing that though I will refer them to the rheumatology clinic to help their nasty looking arthritis….xx
