My mother looked after my brother’s cat for a few months recently. The problem, however, is that because she lives in a flat, he can’t go out to play. Which meant he got no exercise and put on MASSES of weight.

He is now back at home but has only just lost enough weight to be able to get out of the cat-flap and to jump up onto the garden wall and get out.

Here is his first attempt to get back out of the cat-flap:

    Hilarious! So glad we don’t have a cat flap, that would be both of ours stuck!
