Fuck, it’s Monday, according to Piglet from Winnie The Pooh and as every I’ve stolen this from my friend Janelle’s instagram feed – which you should check out.
It’s already cheered up my day, hope it does yours too! Which really did need cheering up on account of the fact that my children seem to have stolen everything I need to go to work in a calm and content way. No socks. Toothpaste missing. Hairdryer gone. Favourite top to wear to work nowhere to be seen. I am beginning to have some sympathy with my mother who used to hide the Nutella from us and eat it in huge chunks from the jar when she thought we weren’t looking (we found it by the way). I am going to start having to hide my clothes and beauty products. From my own children. Does that make me a very bad mother?
Also my daughter bought extra thin bagels for breakfast because they are sooooo much less fattening. They are also pointless. It’s like eating a doughnut shaped insole. I toasted it not realising that owing to it’s thinness there is nothing really to toast, unless you want to eat a rusk.

July 6, 2015I’ve been hiding my best moisturiser for years! I thought everyone did that. I was trained by my mother who would remove all her favourites from a box of chocs before passing it round (and she had a lot of favourites)
