HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my youngest and tallest child today. SIXTEEN. I can’t believe it. It seems like a combination of only yesterday and a million years ago that I produced him. It took longer than anticipated on account of his size. Nearly 11 lbs and he was rushed off after birth to be checked for diabetes on account of him being so big.
You’ve come a long way baby….and the great thing is that I still have my ear drums intact because at least you gave up playing the trumpet from a relatively early age.
