We’ve had a food fest over the last few days. Lots of family and friends eating all things spring like – which is unfortunate for the spring lamb. I haven’t cooked a big Sunday lunch on Easter Sunday before but it went down very well. We cooked the joint on the BBQ and it was delicious. By far the best way to cook meat.

Our homemade easter eggs went down a treat – here’s what they looked like:-

    you BASTARDS!!! that looks TOO DELICIOUS for words!!!! jealous! managed to find a few packets of M & M’s yesterday at Mohammed’s….(the petrol station and little store down the road). they will have to suffice this year…sigh… love x j
