My 10 year old came back from the Inter Schools Athletics Championships in Birmingham tired but happy. He won a silver medal for Shot Putt!! HOORAY!! AND what’s more he’s almost a year younger than the others in his age group, so he’s done really well.

    Awesome! That’s brilliant news. I did discus and 1500m myself, and nearly decapitated our PE teacher with the discus 🙂
