I am desperate to get to Ibiza. I have never been and I’m beginning to worry that I might be getting a bit old for the beautiful Balearic Island of Ibiza that lots of my friends seem to be going to this summer. I’m not sure I could take the pace – known for its bustling cosmopolitan atmosphere all hours of the day and night. Photos of the island and the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea look amazing, particularly the sight of many pine trees that are a significant feature. How has it remained such a cool destination for so long?

As I haven’t been before, I can’t give you my personal stamp of approval, but from the look of this luxury retreat, The Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa in Ibiza’s Playa d’en Bossa, is certainly worth a visit. Playa d’en Bossa as a location is renowned for its white sandy beaches, with peaceful clear blue water and the resort sits in this. The complex is large, with 411 rooms spacious and modern interiors and boasts a prime location on Playa d’en Bossa beach.
In terms of what you can eat whilst at the hotel, the resort contains a number of restaurants offering a range of cuisine’s from classic Mediterranean to Tex-Mex dishes. If you are looking to do anything active then there are tennis courts and a gym. Plus those wanting to host an event, there are six spacious meeting rooms including all the latest technology.
However, the bit that interests me the most is the look of their top quality spa for the complete anti-stress experience.
The area surrounding the spa has multiple pools with chill out areas and large Bali beds. Sounds like heaven.
I wonder if my children would want to come and lie in the spa area with me. Or will they just be clubbing if I take them? I guess there is something for all of us, so the main question is when am I going to get there? NOT FAIR.
